Me
and my friends decided to go on a seafood binge. Off we go to Oyster Bay Seafood
Restaurant located at Bridges Town Square, Plaridel St. Alang-alang, Mandaue
City.
al fresco dining in a beach ambiance
The
dining area is cozy and the ambiance is gastronomically delightful in every
way. You can either enjoy the food al fresco style while watching sharks swim
by at the saltwater lagoon or you do it the traditional way.

The creamy goodness in their
baked scallops would really make you to want more. The taste is so yummy and the
texture of the scallop meat blends well with garlic butter and melted cheese
which totally enhances the flavor more.

Also a must try is their peppered
calamare, a slightly different taste of the ordinary calamare since the squid
is seasoned with bits of chili peppers.

have a broad selection of seafood menus in the house. And what makes it an
exceptional experience is that you get to choose from their live menus and how
you want them to be cooked. It is on a per kilo basis though. Talk about Crustacean Binge!
