A journey begins with one small step without trepidation. Armed with the desire to take on a new adventure, inexperience is blocked with enthusiasm for exploration. Every step guided with a glittering path towards a resplendent break. This is what expedition is all about. What defines traveling is the thirst for exciting activity be it food sampling, trekking, culture adaptation or simply rest and recreation. This is what I aim for to impart to people who shares the same aspirations.

Hala Paella!
Being colonized by Spain for the longest time greatly influenced how we Filipinos eat and the food we serve on our table.
And just like traditions, recipes are handed down from generation to generation.
This Spanish restaurant aims to satisfy that Paella craving through different flavors such as Chorizo, Negra (seafood), Valenciana, Aligue and serve in Solo, Grande and Familia sizes.
Unfortunately since Valenciana was no longer available at that time, we tried the Chorizo and Negra.
The Chorizo Paella was just so-so and appeared to have few chorizo bits. The Negra on the other hand lacked flavor and tasted bland.
But I may try their other servings and perhaps would sing a tune differently.
