Happiness in every bite, this was just how I would describe my experience when I sank my teeth on their delicious cupcake servings.

I first noticed this charming pastry shop from the instagram page of my former supervisor and judging by the pics, the sweet treats looked all drool-worthy.

This quaint desserts store boasts of cheesecake jars and cupcake selections that will surely fulfill every sugar cravings.

The place itself is painted in colors of happiness and hues of joy; what with the flower murals and pleasing shades of bliss. It’s a great place to chill out either to have quick chitchats with a friend or just about anything with your family or loved ones because of its homey setting.

The staff was kind enough to tell me the best sellers on their menu since I told her it was my first visit. The red velvet cheesecake was indeed mouth-watering, it was moist and soft and melts naturally in the mouth. The dulce de leche was fresh and creamy having that fluffy cakiness feel of sugary goodness while the salted caramel was bursting with a mix of sweetness and hint of salty flavor.

They may not be the best bakery there is in town but they are for me one of the best tasting cupcakes I’ve ever tried.

It is a fact that the popularity of restaurants offering organic food increased rapidly in recent years due to a number of health buffs and figure-conscious consumers.

Yet organic most of the times mean pricey servings because of natural processes minus the chemicals thus explains the high cost.

Though sometimes taken into consideration are the location, the size and the cuisine that the organic place offers. Nevertheless, the organic establishment involves inherent health benefits of the menu.

Suitably located at the newly opened Streetscape food strip in Ma. Luisa Rd. Banilad, this restaurant cum organic store is aptly called ECHOstore (ECHO is an acronym for Environment & Community Hope Organization). They offer beauty and wellness goodies, organic pasalubong treats, and a wide variety of quality food products.

Currently the set of choices are breakfast, pasta and sandwiches. The Pasta ala Trio did not disappoint because it was satisfying minus the guilt.

The creamy mushroom pasta by its name has a rich creamy sauce and the pasta was cooked right.

Their organic drinks: Lemongrass Iced Tea and Pandan Iced Tea are perfect refreshing drinks to go with the food servings. The drinks were reminiscent of both strong and mild natural flavors.

The Chicken Pork Adobo Keso Puti Sandwich was delish as well. The best place to be if you are into healthy and nutritious set menu servings.
